A UK SME client asked us to work with their Hawaiian lawyers to locate a key witness in a dispute being heard in the Pacific islands. We tracked the missing witness to an address in New Jersey, USA and conducted light surveillance to ascertain his presence there. Working with our client's lawyers, our local operative then arranged for his deposition to be taken. Sadly, our presence in court in Honolulu was not required.
