We were retained by the family of a deceased wealthy international businessman to determine whether an abandoned property on the Bishop's Avenue, Hampstead, formed part of his estate. Research and discreet on-the-ground enquiries found the property had changed ownership several times since being discreetly sold by the deceased in the mid-1990s. It is currently owned by a senior member of the Saudi royal family.
