Our reports are concise and robust. However, we don’t just provide information. We take the time to get to know you and your business. Coupled with our hands-on approach to working with our clients, this ensures that the intelligence you get is the intelligence you need.
We get to know you
When you make contact with us, we spend time in an initial, free, consultation finding out about your business and really getting to the bottom of your requirements. This will form the initial brief.
We conduct initial research
We carry out preliminary background research to identify the likely parameters and scope of the investigation.
We deliver a proposal
We send you a written proposal, within the deadline discussed at the initial consultation, clearly outlining the deliverables of the project, including timescale and cost.
We sign a contract
When you approve the proposal, we prepare a contract and sign it. Any agreed amendments to the timescale, payment schedule and deliverables will be included here.
We begin our work
Research begins on the project. We will contact you during this process if necessary to get clarification and give feedback if it looks like the project may need to be phased.
We analyse our findings
We collate our research findings, noting red flags. The senior expert working on your project will personally oversee this process and analyse the information collated.
We report back to you
Our findings will be presented to you in an agreed format. This is usually a written report, however can be verbal or in another agreed presentation format as appropriate.
We conduct a follow-up
We contact you about a week after you have received our findings. This gives us a chance to clarify any questions you may have, agree that the job is complete or schedule in the next phase if appropriate.
